CONSOLIDATION PRO-FORMA
Please note: the button below will open a pro-forma estimate of the newly consolidated district’s tax levy rate. This is, by definition, a projection and should not be taken as established levy. Multiple variables (Idaho Tax law, property valuations, existing and future budgets, etc) will affect the final number.
By downloading this document you acknowledge you are viewing a carefully crafted and thought out estimate, but an estimate nevertheless.
SUB DISTRICT MAPS
Please note: the buttons below will open two sample sub district maps. These maps are not official, merely samples. Official sub district maps will be – as required by law – generated in accordance with Idaho Statute 31-1410 Subsection 2. Additionally, these sample maps (one by population, one by area) reflect the consolidation of Ketchum FIre District and BC South Fire Protection District, the inclusion of Hailey area and population has the potential to significantly change the subdistricting maps.
By downloading these documents you acknowledge you are viewing two samples of what subdistricts could look like in a consolidated district.
